I started photographing in the Sixties
with a Leica Black M3 and a Summilux 50mm. I then adopted
Nikon F and subsequently I have used the other cameras of
the same brand and its lenses until my recent switch to the
digital cameras. When it is possible I still enjoy
photographing with the old Black Leica. Presently I am
working on a project with the working title : "Everyday Rome".
Ho cominciato a fotografare negli anni 60 con una Leica
Black M3 e un obiettivo Summilux 50mm. Ho poi adottato la
Nikon F e da allora, progressivamente, ho usato le altre
camere della stessa marca e i suoi obiettivi fino al mio
recente passaggio al digitale. Quando è possibile mi diverto
ancora a fotografare con la Leica M3. Attualmente lavoro al
progetto: "Everyday Rome".

Specializing in cultural, life-style and show business
subjects, Baldazzi has published acclaimed photographs in

and magazines, including, recently, The Daily Telegraph, The
Financial Times, the Condè Nast Traveller.
As a filmmaker has been affiliated for many years with RAI
One, Two and Three and with the RAI Corporation in New York.
Her documentaries have also been commissioned by BBC2, NDR
in Germany, the weekly "Report" in Scandinavia and Channel
13 in New York.
Born in Ravenna, Italy, Baldazzi was educated in Milano,
London and Paris.She is based in Rome.
Specializzata in argomenti di cultura, spettacolo e di
life-style, Baldazzi ha pubblicato su alcuni fra i più
importanti quotidiani e settimanali Italiani ed Europei fra
cui, recentemente, il Daily Telegraph, il Financial Times e
il Condè Nast Traveller.
Come filmmaker ha realizzato per molti anni programmi e
documentari per RAI Uno, Due e Tre e per RAI Corporation a
New York.
Suoi documentari sono stati anche commissionati dalla BBC2,

Scandinavia e da Channel 13 a New York.
Nata a Ravenna, ha studiato lingue e letteratura straniere a
Milano, Londra e Parigi. Vive a Roma. |
